Why does Delta call it “Comfort” now instead of Comfort+?

From what I found, Delta renamed Comfort+ to Delta Comfort, but the onboard product stayed the same. Older reviews of Comfort+ still describe today’s seat. What matters more is:

• More legroom than Main
• Earlier boarding
• Dedicated overhead bin space
